Catch Every Punch Live: Stream the Golden Gloves Tournament on March 2

With tickets flying fast for the Golden Gloves development tournament on March 2, fans can rest assured that they will still be able to access the action.

Together with Global Streaming Partner iME, promoter Rodney Berman has introduced a live streaming option for fans who want to catch the action on their phones or laptops, whether in South Africa or beyond.

After a quick signing-in process here, fans will be taken to a secure payment link where for just R50 they can stream up to 40 rounds of action spread across eight bouts.

“We are doing this in response to what the market has asked for,” explained promoter Rodney Berman. “There’s been a clamour for fans of Dylan Prosser, who has a big supporter base from Cape Town especially, plus fans in the Eastern Cape, who want to watch the super-talented Sogcwayi brothers, Sanele and Mhlanganisi. With boxers from as far afield as Limpopo and KZN, their local communities can see the action live too.”

Unlike “Palace Pandemonium” the night before, Sunday’s event will not be broadcast on SuperSport, making the streaming option the best possible option short of sitting ringside.

“There’s plenty of exciting talent on offer – Prosser, Ndabazinhle Phiri, Juan Alberts, Charlton Malajika and several others,” said Berman. “I’m delighted we have paired with iME to make it widely accessible.”

Boxing starts at 2pm (CAT) (7am EST).
