The headliners on the “Night of Reckoning” tournament will showcase their wares at two open days in Johannesburg next week.
On Tuesday (12 noon) Smith’s Gym in Cedar Square will be open for fans to attend the open workout featuring Kevin Lerena, Johnny Muller and Micki Nielsen, three of the four fighters in the “Super Four” cruiserweight event.
Traditionally, this is the forum where fans get to mingle with the boxers, ask questions, take pictures and the like.
Two days later, on Thursday, Colin Nathan’s HotBox gym will host Siyabonga Siyo and Simphiwe Khonco, who will be vying for the IBO minimumweight crown. Also in attendance will be Joshua Studdard, whose star continues to rise.
