Please be advised that to date two tournaments – one in Gauteng and one in the Eastern
Cape have been cancelled due to just one of the participants and/or corners and/or
managers having tested positive for Covid-19.
This is an urgent reminder that if just one person who has to go into the bubble is found to
have tested positive at Wednesday’s testing, this would endanger the entire tournament
and obviously a severe loss of earnings to all concerned.
In the circumstances this is a dire warning that notwithstanding that we will only be
entering the bubble next Thursday, self-isolation, hand-washing, and face covering must
be adhered to strictly 24/7 PLEASE.
It would be tragic if this tournament had to be cancelled because of the above.
